Terms of Service

The Service attempts to book restaurant reservations on your behalf on third-party reservation platforms, according to preferences you provide. You tell us where you want to eat, for how many people, and at what times; we attempt to secure a matching reservation when the restaurant releases availability.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Notify us promptly at leamur88@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Reservations are scarce and availability is outside our control. We do not guarantee that any particular reservation will be obtained, at any particular restaurant, time, or date. Factors including platform rate limits, network conditions, changes to third-party systems, and competing demand may prevent a booking. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information when configuring reservations
• Honor or properly cancel reservations booked on your behalf
• Comply with the terms of the reservation platforms and restaurants you book through
• Not use the Service to resell reservations, or to book reservations you do not intend to use
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service

Restaurants and reservation platforms may impose penalties for no-shows or late cancellations. Those are your responsibility.

The Service interacts with third-party reservation platforms that we neither own nor control. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant or reservation platform. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and they may suspend or restrict accounts at their discretion. We are not responsible for their decisions, availability, or changes to their systems.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also change these Terms; continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESERVATION WILL BE SECURED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAMUR88 LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR MISSED DINING OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless leamur88 LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the terms of any third-party platform or restaurant.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Missouri.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
